The Omora wooden house, model “Omora 30 + 3”, belongs to the “Mountain Cabins” group. These cabins can be either single-story or multi-story, where the first level can be built as a walled stone basement while the upper level is wooden, or all levels can be entirely made of wood. The main visual feature of the exterior is the roof structure, which provides effective protection against strong mountain winds and heavy snowfall.
The “Omora 30 + 3” model has base dimensions of 7.14 m × 4.9 m, resulting in a total area of 33 m², of which 30 m² is dedicated to the interior, while 3 m² is allocated to the entrance porch and terrace. The interior is functionally designed, featuring a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

The layout and selection of interior elements can be customized according to the buyer’s preferences. Additionally, there is an option to add a sleeping loft, making efficient use of the high ceiling space. The dimensions of the structure can also be modified to meet the buyer’s needs.
